the yarn was hand dyed with homegrown indigo, marigold, hopi black dye sunflower seeds, purple yard long beans, rosemary, and cosmos.

as this is 100% cotton, it can be washed and dried normally but to preserve the color of the natural dyes as long as possible, it is best to hand wash and hang dry. this has already been washed, but some shrinking may still occur.
