before ordering, please review the item photos, measurements, and description carefully. all items are handmade by me in my at-home studio and are full of little imperfections that make them weird and unique. if you need any further details on an item, please feel free to email me with questions.

unless noted otherwise, all ready to ship items will be shipped within a week and all made to order items will be shipped within three weeks. i use usps first class package services for both domestic and international shipping. domestic packages should arrive within a week from shipment, international can take up to three weeks. i am not responsible for any packages lost or damaged by the post office but if you are waiting on an order that should have arrived, please contact me so that i can contact the post office.

if you feel their is an issue with your new wares, please contact me by email so that we can arrange for either a refund or exchange.
